Macquarie Asset Management, Consultant Relations Associate - Client Services

Macquarie Asset Management (MAM; formerly known as Macquarie Funds Group) is a full-service asset manager, offering a diverse range of products including securities investment management, infrastructure and real asset management, and fund and equity-based structured products.

Consultant Relations Associate - Client Services

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain 20 + external consultant databases as required (monthly, quarterly, annually) with product and firm level data
  • Act as main point of data contact for Consultant Relations, Global Institutional Sales, Product Management and RFP group
  • Create custom reports for Consultant Relations group
  • Respond to RFIs, questionnaires and ad hoc consultant requests as needed
  • Primary point of contact for consultant requests for information, data verification and attestation, and searches
  • Verify all historical information (performance, characteristics, personnel, assets) residing on databases including product and firm specific narratives
  • Primary point of contact for firm and strategy level asset requests
  • Support RFP group as needed.

  • Strong computer skills, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as the ability to quickly learn and apply numerous other applications.
  • College degree (BA/BS) required, preferably with a Business/Finance background.
  • 3 years Financial Industry experience.
