PURPOSE OF ROLE

 

  • To ensure that individual targets are achieved in accordance with the company business plan Given by US Director
  • To build and develop the levels of business activity from a client and candidate perspective
  • To manage the recruitment process by giving clients and candidates excellent customer service
  • To adhere to company procedures and quality guidelines
  • To manage consultants and their delivery

 

KEY OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES

  1. Business development activity by establishing and/or maintaining relationships with clients through various means of communication and support activities.
  2. Managing clients and candidates via the recruitment process.
  3. Leading by example, by ensuring achievement of own weekly activity targets and monthly revenue targets.
  4. Significant contribution to all team meetings
  5. Acting as team leader in the absence of the manager / Director
  6. Involved in the recruitment process of new staff.
  7. Profiling potential candidates to ascertain their suitability for the Company’s core business and current job specifications.
  8. Conducting pro-active searches on the database to locate suitable candidates for specific job specifications.
  9. Candidate generation through networking, head-hunting, and leads.
  10. Identifying and managing work load priorities.
  11. Completing all necessary database and administration work in a timely manner
  12. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, including other consultants and administration.
  13. Providing continuous support to team members
  14. Ensure all advertising deadline are met by team members
  15. Continually adhering to the health, safety and quality requirement of the company, by undertaking any task necessary to ensure this. 

DAILY TASKS

  • Responding to all candidate and client phone calls
  • Discussion of weekly targets with manager/director
  • Obtaining client and candidate interviews
  • Business development activity
  • Ensure effective promotion of current jobs
  • Daily planning of following days activities
  • Relationship Management /entertainment

 

REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Self-motivated, with a mature and professional approach to recruitment, you will have a high level of business acumen, have entrepreneurial flair, be able to take ‘the rough with the smooth’, and perhaps above all else, be hardworking and honest.

Experience:

 

Preferred 6 Months to 6 years+ experience within a recruitment/sales environment with an understanding of the lifecycle of recruitment and latest technologies.
