The Anchura Front Office Change offering is focused on the delivery of operational and strategic change projects across the Front Office. With teams covering Equities, FICC, Prime Services and Research internationally, we work closely with senior business heads to drive forward their business change agenda.

Mission Overview

To capitalize on our growth, we are currently seeking a Front Office Controls Sharepoint and SQL Developer based in New York, to work on a Front Office Controls programme. This is a fast paced and high quality demanding programme.

The role will sit within the Front Office Controls team for Global Markets and will support the Front Office business with all aspects of controls from risk assessments, trader mandates, incident management, etc. The team ensures consistency in dealing with controls matters across the division.

The programme looks at the control inventory of global markets and the testing of these controls.  The driver is ensuring that there is an online tool (in sharepoint) that contains all the GM controls which also tracks the testing of these. The programme also conducts the actual design and operational testing of these controls.

This process will help the businesses achieve their regulatory requirements in a more efficient and effective method. and with use of a new toolset. 

Role Description

The Sharepoint Developer is required to maintain and enhance the newly built portal (Sharepoint) and is able to update this with the change requests. The developer is required to be agile and able to adapt to the fast moving environment of the global markets front office.

This role will interact significantly with Senior Stakeholders, whilst also driving the project forward to achieve tasks and deadlines.

Individual Requirements

We are looking for consultants with in-depth knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle and processes associated with financial markets from sales and trading. The ideal candidate will come from an investment banking front office environment, is familiar with operational risk frameworks and how this requires a strong control environment.
