Your role
Do you care about clients receiving the best service possible? Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the design and development of the new digital products? We are looking for someone like that to:

• Identify and craft strategy to improve our solutions, prioritize roadmap and drive further innovation
• Partner with well-established Data Science team, to bring machine learning into all CRM systems and deliver suite of applications (mobile and Desktop) that provide analytic insights to every client interaction
• Drive the deployment of a native iOS and Android mobile CRM solution to support client interactions on the road
• Partner with IT for user story creation, deliverable management and user acceptance testing throughout the full software development lifecycle; partner with and guide UX team in the gathering, design and implementation of application experience
• Create and execute go-to-market strategy for new applications, including driving the rollout, marketing, training and support strategy
•Identify gaps in existing products, and build business case around product improvements based on user needs.

Your experience and skills
You have:
• a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years prior experience working with CRM systems, ideally as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Experience working in an Agile development environment; experience with JIRA or similar tools for Sprint Planning, backlog management and story writing preferred
• Experience working with UX and Visual Design teams
• Experience with CRM solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics,
