Our Client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank in North Carolina is looking for a Project Manager to join the banks Regulatory Reference Data team and to drive several key FATCA / tax related initiatives.

The Project Manager is expected to take full end-to-end responsibility for projects. They may be engaged in multiple projects and multiple teams simultaneously as delivery progresses towards the target operating model. Specifically this role is to manage the definition and scope of the regulatory program and ensure these requirements enable the IB’s regulatory compliance and align to the future state client architecture. This role will be engaged in projects that will ensure the IB’s regulatory compliance and align to the future state client architecture. Responsibilities • Assist with Governance and communication for the program  • Assist with overall status tracking and issues management (Regulatory and Non regulatory)  • Manage Book of work items in sharepoint  • Assist with high level analysis and prioritization of Non regulatory Book of Work  • Assist with management of Change Control process and tracking of Change requests  • Provide status updates to business stakeholders as required  • Prepare meeting materials for status meetings and chair meetings where required  Experience • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills  • Attention to detail as there is emphasis on status reporting to stakeholders  • Self-starter who takes initiative and has proactive approach  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing directly with senior internal clients  • Strong collaborative skills  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Experience working with Banking/Financial area and/or general knowledge of Investment Banking Operations processes  • Knowledgeable of securities types and their settlement processes  • Knowledgeable on tax regulations (FATCA, AEI)
