Provide administrative support to 3 Senior Portfolio Managers, in addition to other professional staff. Organize and manage daily activities including meetings, appointments, and interviews. Organize extensive domestic/international travel arrangements. Revise, edit and proofread various documents and prepare and type materials. Create and maintain databases. Complete industry/company research. Research and presentation of information. Communicate and ensure Company's standards for formatting are applied to all correspondence, presentations, and reports.Perform special projects and assume certain responsibilities as assigned.

Typically requires a high school education. 2-5 years of experience. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word and Excel).
