Client Transition Group - Client Advisor

Position Summary:
The Client Transition Team is a part of the JPMorgan Private Bank that is focused on servicing the banking and investment needs of clients who have non-target relationships within the Private Bank. The team's primary goals are: 1) identifying opportunities to refer target relationships to partners across the JPMorgan Private Bank, 2) transferring non-target relationships to the line of business who can best deliver the appropriate services to the client, and 3) risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of clients with a variety of profiles
  • Proactively approach clients to communicate next steps and successfully coordinate the relationship transition
  • Partner with clients until transition is complete, including, but not limited to, risk management, monitoring asset transfer and handling ad-hoc queries
  • Work with clients to resolve problems, minimize loss, and avoid litigation. Work with internal and external partners to ensure client needs and expectations are met
  • Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct. Required to conform to legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines associated with state insurance and securities regulators, FINRA, SEC, JP Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase


Qualifications:
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required for position
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five plus years of experience in Financial Services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts
  • Working knowledge of key regulatory controls and ability to manage accounts in accordance with firm policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills as well as provide exceptional client service
