My client is recognized as the global leader in the development of life insurance based wealth structuring solutions for international individuals. This position is a sales producing role, responsible for sales of insurance products to HNW Latin American clients. This position is based in Miami.

The position will be responsible for the following:

• Business Development- Qualify potential prospects within the LATAM territory.

• Sales- Present appropriate planning solutions and products to close cases.

• Client Service- Assist in the facilitation of client satisfaction.

Financial- In collaboration with the LATAM CEO define attainable sales objectives and annual revenue goals and achieve them.

Business Development:

• Develop relationships with private bankers and other referral sources within the assigned territory.

• Develop leads and prospects by working with private bankers and other referral sources to identify and qualify potential prospects for company’s planning and life insurance products.

• Present company’s planning concepts and life insurance products while focusing on the suitability of a prospective client.

• Conduct training sessions with private bankers.

Sales:

• Travel to meet with clients (with or without private bankers and other referral sources present) where appropriate pursuant to the solicitation guidelines and client availability.

• Utilize the home office provided illustrations and other templates to generate generic or specific insurance illustrations, customized presentations, letters and other materials.

• Assist clients and carriers in underwriting and policy placement.

• Utilize company’s sales management systems and follow all solicitation and compliance requirements.

• Track, manage and follow up on prospective client situations.

Client Service:

• Ensure existing company clients are contacted on a regular basis in person with a view to discussing their existing policy and seeking new revenue opportunities.
