We fulfill this mission by delivering digital financial management software through partner financial institutions to reach their end clients.
We are seeking a talented Relationship Management Associate to work directly with partner financial institutions and internal stakeholders. This key role will drive the day-to-day relationship management as well as more strategic planning and delivery.
Work close with lead Relationship Manager to facilitate all interactions with one of our partner firms
Manage senior partner stakeholders -- build strong relationships within the partner organization across the key areas of our business: technology, marketing, operations and compliance
Drive strategic planning -- drive strategic alignment and help lead steering committee sessions. This includes engaging with partners on the product platform and working with FutureAdvisor’s product/engineering team to refine our roadmap. This also includes working closely with marketing to drive partner firm and end client adoption
Create ongoing reporting -- build repeatable standardized metrics reports to feed into partner planning
Serve as point of contact for day-to-day activities -- e.g., help facilitate product releases and user acceptance testing, coordinate go-to-market events and campaigns, etc
Be a point of contact for incident escalations
Expected to travel to partner sites 1-3 times a month.
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Ability to take ownership and drive specific tasks to the ground -- getting stuff done should be your core competency!
Strong client management skills, particularly with demanding and fast moving clients
Excellent creative, analytical and technical skills with an entrepreneurial approach to complex projects.
2+ years work experience in a project management, product management, or client consulting role
Prior experience with relationship management or consulting in a B2B SAAS business preferred
Familiarity with financial markets and investment management a plus. Passion and ability to learn quickly a must.
