We are looking for a Deputy Mobile Product Owner to join our team based in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of Agile, a deep passion for all things Digital and previous exposure to the Banking sector, preferably Retail.

The role will require market leading knowledge of best practices in online banking, mobile banking, payment development and servicing models as well as a strong understanding of the current and future mobile landscape.

As a Deputy Mobile Product Owner your main responsibilities will be

  • Informing all backlog development and release management ensuring the correct mix of innovation, customer value creating features, compliance and fraud/security changes
  • Developing strategy to identify solutions which will meet our goals and aspirations
  • Managing stakeholders and presenting progress on a regular basis in Show & Tells to the Santander community
  • Refining propositions, ensuring adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements by the FCA.
  • Always ensuring that the customer is at the heart of our strategy by producing evidence of usability testing and research that effectively supports all design decisions

Minimum skills and experience required:

  • Expert knowledge in mobile and digital
  • Ability to rapidly learn and understand regulatory environment and core banking products
  • Has highly developed knowledge and understanding of the key accountabilities gained through previous experience in a digital or retail commercial environment
  • An in depth understanding of the regulatory environment associated with banking activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and capital requirements
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning experience
