We are looking for three team members to lead the scoping and design of these major work streams of the transformation to implement Taleo. This phase of the project and the duration of the contracts is until the end of the year. The successful candidates will be highly articulate and professional talent acquisition specialists ideally with prior experience in global projects. You will be capable of capturing detailed business requirements from a variety of stakeholders and producing high quality documentation to formulate and formalise the scope and implementation plan.

ROLE 1 : Taleo implementation consultant – general

 

Scope of Activities/key Responsibilities

•     Work closely with and report to Lead business SME manager (Steve Gordon) to progress gathering of business requirements across end to end recruitment lifecycle

•     Work closely with key stakeholders to define and agree Taleo enabled solutions to business requirements, drawing together systems, process and operating model holistically

•     Create materials to describe options/alternative solutions and facilitate decision making with business stakeholders

•     Ensure user experiences are optimised and understood across solutions/proposals

•     Create process, policy and other materials to describe confirmed solutions

Prepare business requirement/configuration workbooks for ITO build work

ROLE 3: Taleo implementation consultant – regional deployment

 

Scope of Activities/key Responsibilities

•     Working with outputs from central team, review proposed process and system designs with in country/regional teams to identify alignment/gap based on local requirements

•     Create materials to support in country review process for all process and system designs

•     Create recommendations and define solutions to identified gaps, both system enabled and manual

•     Ensure local legal, regulatory and business critical requirements are identified and a solution for managing each is created and agreed

•     Scope change impact and business adoption requirements by country/region
