This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO/Project Manager with Portfolio planning experience as well as MI and Stakeholder management. Experience within data migration projects is desirable.

Your Role:

Are you a multitasker? Do you have an eye for detail? We're looking for someone like this to provide portfolio governance support to the Project Portfolio Controlling (PPC) management team. We're looking for someone like this to:

  • Enable implementation of strategic decisions affecting the PPC teams operations
  • Work across various work streams and other key, business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
  • Manage multiple asks from senior management with regards to portfolio planning, assessment, and transition to the strategic program portfolio management tool (CA PPM)
  • Provide support in completing tasks associated with the CA PPM transition (data migration, user acceptance testing, input to training materials)
  • Ensure that internal and external requests for information are addressed and met to a high standard

Your Team:

In this role you will support PPC management in delivering strategic solutions for improving portfolio oversight as well as managing transition aspects affecting the day to day PPC operational processes as defined through the deployment of CA PPM.

You'll be working in the Project Portfolio Controlling (PPC) team in London, UK. The PPC stream is accountable for delivering consistent change portfolio planning, reporting and portfolio assessment while navigating through a firm-wide transition to a strategic program portfolio management tool. The PPC stream works closely with the portfolio managers in the business divisions and Group Strategic Change Management (GSCM) to enhance strategic decisions and improved portfolio oversight and transparency.

  • Ability to multitask and manage tasks across multiple time zones

  • A comfort level with technical skills and a desire to delve into new systems to fully understand their capabilities
  • A wide vantage point, you can see how Finance, Change management and IT work together

You are:

  • Familiar with PMO reporting and tools
  • Incredibly organized
  • Comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels 
  • An expert at building networks and connections

Desirable:

  • Experience in a data migration Project
  • UAT
