We have a new Senior Manager opportunity to lead the CASS Legal Entity Control team.

Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

At Lloyds Banking Group, our vision is to be the best bank for customers. Working for us means you'll have a role that matters, helping Britain prosper.

The Client Assets Control Office is the Centre of Excellence for Lloyds Banking Group's policies and procedures that ensure our clients' money and custody assets are safe and held compliantly with all regulatory requirements.

There has been a significant increase in the need to scrutinise, safeguard and report on customers assets held by financial institutions, underpinned by increased regulations and regulatory oversight, and we have responded to these increased demands by strengthening our policies, governance and control environment, including the creation of the Client Assets Control Office.

We have a new Senior Manager opportunity to lead the CASS Legal Entity Control team. This team provide dedicated support to the Group's Banking Entities - Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank Private Banking.

We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive technical knowledge of CASS regulations, including CASS oversight and governance, CMAR reporting and CASS resolution pack, and the ability to identify, report, manage and resolve CASS related issues.

A good understanding of the broader regulatory issues impacting the banking and investment management sector is also essential.

In addition, you will also need to demonstrate strong analytical and decision making skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.

You will also need to have a relevant Financial Services background (as part of a financial services firm, advisory or FCA), and proven ability to form effective relationships, influence and direct across Divisional and functional boundaries at all levels and across cultural environments.

The role can be based in London, Exeter, Leeds, or Edinburgh, and some travel between these sites will be required.

If this sounds like you, you can look forward to having a role that matters, working in an environment that provides continuous learning and development, excellent benefits and a career that's full of opportunity.
