A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Associate immediately and are offering a very competitive package.

A leading financial institution in Central London are in the market for a Business Change Associate. The Business Change Associate role is an opportunity to work at the heart of financial regulation from one of the industry leaders in that sector. The primary responsibility of the senior associate will be to deliver effective change management across the group within the Programme Management Group, part of the Business and Technology Solutions division. This will be achieved though identifying and managing the impact of such changes on the organisation, its technology and stakeholders.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Developing appropriate change management strategies.

Analysing stakeholder groups and driving stakeholder engagement.

Developing change impact assessments and creating change plans.

Working closely with Human Resources on role analysis and organisational structures. Partnering with other workstreams.

Developing and delivering training.

 

 

Skills Required

 

Experience of working in a change capacity; 5+ years.

Experience working in training and workshops.

Experience of engaging with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.

Excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience working through significant change project
