Opportunit y for Salesforce CRM Manager

It offers business-to-business payment and receipt solutions through an intuitive online platform that integrates directly with clients' systems and helps clients manage their currency exposure. The company currently services over 40,000 clients around the world and processes more than $40 billion payments annually to more than 1 million beneficiaries.
To manage CRM platform across Europe for approx. 300 users (together with 1 full time administrator reporting to this position).
Design, and implement automated cross functional processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the Organization.
Management and maintenance of system integrations.
Sunset of internal outdated systems and replacement by salesforce.com.
You will manage 1 full time salesforce.com administrator.
You will be constantly looking for platform improvements to drive efficiency in alignment with business priorities.
You will ensure accuracy of data, reporting, dashboard, mass-uploads and drive solid user adoption and satisfaction.
Certified Salesforce Administrator for Enterprise Edition.
You will have excellent Project Management skills, team management skills.
Experience with integration projects (Information Integration tool as a Plus).
You will be self-motivated, proactive and forward thinking.
You will have strong ability to work in autonomy.
You will have excellent project management skills, driving efficiency and simplifying processes.
You will be expected to build solid relationships with all departments gravitating around sales and agent experience.
You will have the ability to think outside of the box in order to take salesforce.com to the next level within our Organization
