SRT Change Delivery Manager

What is the opportunity?
The purpose of this role is to coordinate planning and communication between the various teams and functions involved in the development and roll out of trading, structuring and risk management tools to the SRT business. The role will be integral in identifying opportunities for improving the tools developed by the front office applications teams.

What will you do?
  • Act a central point of communication between IT and Business units.
  • Coordinate planning, testing and implementation of strategic deliverables to the business.
  • Coordinate planning, testing and implementation of enhanced tactical solutions ensuring that they are aligned with the strategic goals of the business.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Expert knowledge of derivatives and fixed income products for trading, pricing, and risk management.
  • Previous industry experience in interest rate derivatives trading and risk management environments..
  • Postgraduate degree in a numerate discipline such as finance, or economics, or engineering, or physics, or mathematics, or computing.

  • Expert knowledge of structured interest rate derivatives products for trading, pricing, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and anti-money laundering procedures
