What is the opportunity? To manage the delivery of a Multi-locational Internal project (Global initiative) and manage project teams through day-to-day project execution.

What will you do?

  • Work with other IT functions globally (e.g. Architecture, Quality Assurance) and Client Operations groups (e.g. Client Solution, Operations) in Luxembourg, UK and Subsidiaries( e.g. Malaysia, Australia) to ensure the delivery of ‘active' projects to meet (Internal and External) expectations of time, cost and quality
  • Manage initiatives throughout the project lifecycle with adherence to consistent internal standards; e.g. PMF/SDLC /IWF (framework based on PMI ), end to end requirement process , Small Project Management Framework
  • Hands-on Project Management of all types of projects
  • IT coordination cross border medium/large projects where the ITPM is located in a different region, including local and external teams
  • Manage Project budget and forecasting.
  • Ensure a proper release management and smooth promotion in production. Verify and apply SDLC methodology.
  • Resource budget management across project portfolio and reporting of resource availability and variance.
  • Management and reporting of project risk and issue across project portfolio
  • Project reporting as required by the project ranking (e.g. Project watch, Steering)
  • Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies across the aggregate view of the projects globally.
  • Manage changes related to project including BAU impact, organizational impacts.
  • Ensure proper support and documentation is in place before going live.
  • Manage dependencies between projects or streams


What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Good Custody industry knowledge
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Proven team management experience (approximately 8-10 people)
  • Good knowledge of the IT architecture
  • Good leadership to manage virtual teams and offshore developments
  • Good knowledge of business flows, reporting, core capabilities
  • Assertively and capacity to negotiate internally and externally
