The Position
This role will be managing the full scope of pre-sales related activities for eFront products in the UK and other EMEA countries. Working with the sales team, you will be conducting demonstrations of our software to potential clients.  These demos are an integral component of the sales process and are critical to illustrate the functionalities and abilities of our software to our potential client. To produce effective demos, you will need to conduct research to determine the needs of the potential client and will be entrusted with highly confidential information.  This is a rewarding role that can truly showcase your ambition and talent.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing expert Pre-sales assistance to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Producing presentations, ranging from initial overviews to detailed workshops and POCs
  • Conducting client facing meetings
  • Gathering requirements of potential clients
  • RFI/RFPs appraisal and client qualification, responses to RFPs
  • Maintenance of a comprehensive demonstration database
  • Networking and lobbying with relevant industry players
  • Detection of market specific requirements
  • Collaborating with the professional services team; providing support in writing SOW documents, estimating required effort, transferring knowledge…
  • Suggesting product improvements to the R&D team
  • Supporting of the overall marketing effort and participation in marketing events

Required skills and experience:

  • Ability to understand the sales strategy
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a clear & friendly communication style
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with financial software (Alternative investments/ private equity is a plus)
  • Experience with financial software selling  
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
