Junior Service Desk Analyst / Banking

A leading Investment Manager are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work in a small team supporting the firms I.T. infrastructure (workstations, servers, network, applications and platforms etc.)

Keys Requirements:
*Experience of working in a Service Desk environment
*Experience of using a Service Desk application
*Basic understanding of a computer network
*Windows 7 experience/exposure (rollout experience preferable)
*MCP Windows 7 (or equivalent)
*MS Office 2007/10 support skills to 2nd line (especially outlook)
*Active Directory 2008 R2 support skills
*Hardware maintenance experience
*Experience with printer hardware
*Experience in mobile telecommunicates
*Good communicator
*Customer facing
*Flexible attitude to work, willing to work weekends when required

Qualifications, skills, experience and competencies needed:

Preferably educated to A Level/HND/City & Guilds or equivalent
MCSE/MCP or equivalent - Windows 7
ITIL Certified
At least 2 years relevant industry experience
Able to work under pressure and think on your feet
