We have two openings for long term contracts to help engage the wider business and help deliver on a number of platforms. We are looking to bring on board two specialist Infrastructure Service Delivery Managers to help us on our ambitions and targets - working with a truly global team.

Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is an integral member of the FM Infra Delivery team responsible for supporting the delivery of infrastructure for the FM CIO function. 

Reporting to Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities 
Stakeholders:
• Identify stakeholders/requesters
• Regular engagements with them on updates covering infra consumptions financials, project status, infra estate health, demand prioritizations and forecasting

Demands:
• Regular sessions with stakeholders to capture their upcoming demands. Managing the forecast at the pre-approved stage until they translate into requests
• Filtering BAU and projects request based on scope, complexity and budget
• Provide infra capacity forecast for the downstream teams in the infra provisioning workflow to avoid capacity constraint.

Estates:
• Provide transparency on infra product roadmaps to stakeholders
• Highlight EoL items. Notify stakeholders on upcoming EoLs, able to articulate risk and remediation cost to stakeholders. Provide cost estimations for tech refresh
• Maintain estate efficient on promoting virtualization where possible, offer fit-for-purpose suggestion

Financials:
• Assist application teams on building business cases for their infra requirement. Highlight TCO and maximize ROI
• Capture the OPEX cost on monthly basis. Highlight the cost spikes and reductions in area. Identify opportunities on cost savings
• Regular review changes in infra service catalogue with product/service owners

Projects:
• Manages the E2E delivery of all BAU and project requests 
• Applying the best project management practice for status reporting and tracking, regardless of BAU, big rock, pebbles and sands events

Candidate Requirements: 


1. Qualification
Academic & Professional
Field of Study Degree or Diploma in IT or Project Management
Certification ITIL Foundation v3 (Preferable), PMP/Prince2 (Advantage)


2. Skills & Attributes
1. Proficient in MS Office Suite 
2. Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills. Able to adapt to changing priorities
3. A self starter and a strong team player
4. Fundamental infrastructure technical knowledge
5. At least 8 years working experience in handling corporate scale infrastructure
