Head of Client Services required for a leading Financial Software company based in the City of London. The Head of Client Support will be responsible for managing teams across two locations, one in the UK and one in the US.

Head of Client Services - Investment Management

Head of Client Services required for a leading Financial Software company based in the City of London. The Head of Client Support will be responsible for managing teams across two locations, one in the UK and one in the US.

This is a global company that provides investment management software and services to investment managers, asset managers, fund managers, fund administrators, pension funds, insurance funds, and wealth managers. Their client base includes many of the global tier 1 asset managers, as well as a number of smaller boutique houses.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked within an financial software house and would have consultancy experience and would have also worked in support.

Responsibilities for the Head of Client Services - Investment Management:

  • Heading up the Client Support Function
  • Working around Supporting the system
  • Being able to escalate issues
  • Involvement in the non-technical part of client upgrades of the product
  • Liaising with other Head of departments and senior managers
  • Consultancy assistance at client site in relation to the product
  • Client relationship

Requirements for the Head of Client Services - Investment Management:

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience leading a client service team within the investment management software sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Motivated and result-oriented.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel both within the UK, EU and Middle East.

This is a permanent role based in London and for the right candidate they are willing to pay 70-90k depending on relevance of your experience.
