My client, a top Private Equity firm has a requirement for a Junior HR BP, HR Manager or high potential HR Officer who wants to step up into more responsibility. The role is a maternity cover which will last for 12, possibly 13 months, starting in October.

Responsibilities will include:

•    Recruitment
•    Performance Management
•    Employment Relations as and when appropriate
•    HR Policies and Procedures, facilitating implementation and contributing to their development
•    Ad-Hoc HR Projects
•    Liaison with external legal vendors
•    Management of Graduate Programme
•    Line Manager of HR Administrator

The Successful candidate will have:

•    Minimum of 2.1 Bachelor’s degree.
•    Ability to do Pivot Tables and V-Lookups as well as good knowledge of other MS Office products
•    At least 4 years as an HR Generalist in a Big 4, Magic Circle, Top Investment Bank or reputable Alternative Investment firm such as Private Equity or Asset Management
•    Business smart, honest, ethical, upfront, articulate, confident, self-aware
