FO Team Lead, London - C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server

An international asset management firm based in Mayfair with over $100bn AUM is currently looking to hire a Front Office Technical Lead into the business with a familiarity with the .Net development stack along with exposure to the Fixed Income, Equities or FX Markets.

The business are currently looking to hire a technical lead within the Front Office, to lead a small IT development team, responsible for developing and supporting both pre and post trade systems for cross-asset products.

Responsibilities for the position may include;

  • Training and mentoring junior team members in technologies, solutions and best practices;
  • Lead development projects through the system lifecycle;
  • Development of enhancements as a senior member of the team;
  • Liaising with users where necessary to perform analysis and specifications of new and existing systems;
  • Provide design and development of required solutions to meet the business needs;

Requirements;

  • Front Office portfolio management and compliance systems exposure is required, particularly with buy-side systems such as ThinkFolio, Bloomberg AIM and EZE;
  • Significant front to back solutions development experience; C#, C++, .Net, WPF, Web API, ASP.Net MVC, SQL Server including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS;
  • Excellent product knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities or FX;
  • Prior knowledge of compliance rules coding is beneficial;
  • Significant line management experience;
  • Solid understanding of VSTS / Team Foundation Server (TFS);
  • Degree educated in a STEM discipline.
