Our client is a high profile, large investment manager with an excellent track record. They are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running. You will be based in the European Client Group. This is an excellent opportunity to add value within a business that is diversifying/growing right across the marketing function. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player, be able to juggle a multitude of tasks, evince a strong eye for detail and be proactive and innovative in their approach to meeting client needs.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Responsible for delivering marketing support for all distribution channels
  • Working with investment teams and central marketing teams to develop compelling and differentiated marketing propositions
  • Propose, develop and over-see the execution of European marketing strategies and campaigns in support of focus Funds, fund launches and other funds as necessary
  • Ensure campaigns are communicated to the European client group
  • Work with the central marketing communications, investment writing and digital marketing team on the execution of campaigns to ensure that they supportive of the core fund propositions
  • Originating / adapting copy for market updates / literature
  • Extensive experience with social media and online marketing

Personal Experience:

  • At least 7 years relevant experience within an asset manager and at least 5 years within investment management Marketing department
  • English language skills (fluent written and spoken) are essential. Italian and/or German language skills are preferred but not a must
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior management and people from all areas within the firm
  • Relationship-builder both internally and externally
