We are looking for people with experience of working with Financial Services clients to help them implement solutions to identify, manage and mitigate financial crime, AML, sanctions and / or fraud risks. We need people with experience of driving change to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Banks financial crime management technology and business solutions. This could include:

~~Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• Experience in Financial Services in a CLM / KYC role in an Investment or Corporate Banking domain at project / programme manager level
• Articulate and professional demeanour
• Technical delivery experience of a tier one (Pega / Fenergo) CLM / KYC software package, including both technical and solution architecture
• Exposure to multiple full lifecycle implementation of a tier one CLM / KYC solutions
• Excellent client facing skills with the ability to develop and present plans based on data and obtain buy in for improvements and change
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage and influence key internal and external customer relationships at a senior level
• Able to push back on additional requirements outside of scope in a professional and constructive way
• Agile and able to positively adapt to change, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage workload and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a proactive and resilient approach to problem solving
• Influencing client behaviours and obtaining buy in to action plans presented
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions and analytics to a non-technical audience;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of working with C-level stakeholders
• Team leadership, coaching and people development skills
