We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a proven record of successfully delivering new client programmes or rescuing existing programmes across technology, business change and service transformation within a Tier 1 Trade Processing function.

This role is to provide business analysis skills to the Middle-Office Trade Processing Project, based in London and sits within Global Product Change, which exists to build and implement a technology and operating model infrastructure to support the provision of Middle-Office services to Fund Services clients globally.

Role includes gathering the requirements from the Trade Processing and Investment Operations business teams and ensuring that these are understood, reviewed and signed off; responsibility to ensure that the requirements are successfully delivered through the Trade Processing solution.

It will be very useful as a Trade Processing Business Analyst if you have expertise in the following areas:

 

Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst:

  • Detailed knowledge of the trade confirmation and settlement process, with exposure to Oasys Global and/or CTM
  • Experience should cover all instrument types including equities, bonds, unit trusts, ETDs, OTCs and FX
  • Knowledge and exposure to one of the market-leading trade processing applications such as Fiserv Tradeflow or Cor-FS Salerio
  • Experience of working in a large, ideally global, project team covering the full project life cycle
  • Specific business analysis skills including requirements gathering, workflow definition, data analysis, process definition and procedures documentation
  • ‘Hands-on’ testing experience including test scripting, test execution, and support for UAT, including user training
  • Prior project experience would be preferred (applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of Business Requirements, User Acceptance Testing, and deployments), but is not essential.
  • Experience in the transformation of business processes and procedures to a Centre of Excellence (CoE)
