Analyst & Associate - Real Estate Private Equity - Portfolio - (Language Skills)

Circle Square is currently working with one of the largest Real Estate Investment Management firms in the world and, as they grow the Investment side of the company, they are looking to build out the Global Portfolio Management team.

They require an Analyst and an Associate with the primary role being to support the management of client portfolios within the Portfolio Management team. This offers the successful candidate an opportunity to be involved in various activities for multiple clients from the day-to-day operations to formulation of strategy that will have a direct impact on the growth of one of their Global Funds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with portfolio construction, on-going monitoring of the portfolios and reporting to clients through production of quarterly reports and client presentations;
- The candidate will be actively involved in preparing client investment plans and ensure that portfolios are positioned in accordance with market views and within the restrictions;
- The candidate will be expected to support in responses to client requests;
- The candidate will be required to have an understanding of the forecast returns for individual stocks and maintain awareness of relevant issues that may impact portfolios;
- The candidate will be responsible to enhance analytical tools for the Fund including cash-flow overview;
- Implementation and maintenance of the information about the Fund in the portfolio management system;
- Active participation in the review of investment proposals;
 -Track relevant data for client performance and investment performance;
- Take on an active role in fund monitoring;

- 1-7 years of work experience in a commercial real estate investment, finance, or research function;
- Excellent financial modelling and database skills;
- Must be degree educated and preferably have a relevant accounting, economics, finance, or real estate qualification; and
- Language Requirement (desirable not essential): Analyst (Japanese speaker), Associate (German speaker)
