As an Insurance CASS Manager you'd be pivotal in developing and implementing the required control framework and operational reporting for LBG Group and Insurance Division. Additionally you'll be supporting current and future compliance regimes (policies and practices) by providing specialist knowledge and oversight for all aspects of Insurance business subject to CASS rules.

The protection of Client Assets and Money (CASS) is a key priority for us and our Colleagues in the Insurance CASS Governance Team have a role that matters in supporting the business meet the current and future needs of our customers and our regulators, the FCA.

As an Insurance CASS Manager you'd be pivotal in developing and implementing the required control framework and operational reporting for LBG Group and Insurance Division. Additionally you'll be supporting current and future compliance regimes (policies and practices) by providing specialist knowledge and oversight for all aspects of Insurance business subject to CASS rules.

You'd get to manage and undertake oversight visits with a specific operational CASS compliance focus, liaise with business management colleagues, testing controls, gaining acceptance for control changes or enhancements and tracking agreed remedial actions through to completion.

It's a high profile role that involves managing relationships with key customers in the business including exposure at relevant regulated entity boards and risk oversight committees along with demonstrating the ability to identify key risks and controls within your areas of responsibility and identify potential areas for control improvement.

We'd be looking for you to evidence practical experience in managing CASS risk within a large organisation, along with comprehensive knowledge of the FCA CASS regulations from which you will have developed a deep understanding of Insurance CASS regulated products and processes.

You'll also get to support and contribute to the wider audit team activities to support the Finance Controls Team and Insurance Finance in "becoming our best". So you'll need strong influencing and motivating skills and be able to apply these in a complex and diverse environment and demonstrate a track record of improvement delivery.
