Change Manager/Sector Liason - Banking - Contract - Belfast, Northern Ireland

McGregor Boyall is currently recruiting a Change Manager to work for a Global Financial Organisation in their stunning Belfast offices. This is a customer-facing role and provides an opportunity to develop a career in service management working with a great team.

The preferred candidate will be the point of contact to the internal businesses for change management in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction on the global standards within the region
  • Communicating process changes and updates to the overall region
  • Managing and prioritising change conflicts
  • On-going review of risk management strategies
  • Managing high risk changes
  • Charing Change Advisory Boards
  • Charing internal customer CAB

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Strong IT Operations experience
  • Business Change Management
  • Proactive
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to interact well with various stakeholders and people at all levels
  • Customer focus
  • Self starter,
  • Ability to work well with others in various regions of the business

Desirable Candidate Requirements

  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Experience Establishing an ITIL process within an organisation
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Project Management Certification/Prince2
