We’re looking for an experienced Global Operations Director to drive and execute change across our operations (payments and settlements) functions spanning multiple geographies.

You will build a globally connected function to deliver a 24 hour capability and create an outstanding service for all of our customers, leading change, implementing consistent systems and processes, leveraging technology and driving operational efficiency across our European, North America and Australasia regions. 

Strategy & Change:

  • You will shape and articulate the vision and strategy for global operations, creating robust plans that support the business mission
  • To establish HiFX as the leader in international payment solutions
  • Lead and execute change ensuring that our global and regional operations are consistent across regions

Operations:

  • Implement innovative technology, systems and processes to support our growth strategy and legal and regulatory requirements
  • Oversight of account balances to ensure sufficient end of day liquidity and collateral with trading counterparties
  • Lead annual operations budgeting process

Planning and Delivery:

  • Oversee the execution of our operations change strategy and operating plans
  • Regularly communicate progress to the business, visibility of our progress against strategy

Leadership:

  • Identify and nurture talent within our operations team to develop our people fully and build high performance teams to deliver our strategy

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience of leading and delivering change across global operations to achieve outstanding customer service that impacts on people, processes and technology;
  • Experience of shaping and creating well-defined strategic and operational plans and mobilizing teams to execute to the highest level of excellence;
  • Expert knowledge of international banking, payments and settlements;

Strong people leadership, team building and development skills.
