My client is a large Financial Services firm who require a Business Administrator with strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulae creation, data manipulation, automation) to join a critical team in the Bromley office.


As Business Administrator, the successful candidate will join a small team of IT analysts who are establishing process and control around headcount data across certain parts of the business, with a clear focus on automation and simplification. Numerous data sources are being cleaned and streamlined to enable accurate supply and demand forecasting to take place, aligned to the new Joiners, Movers and Leavers process. The output of the above is resulting in unique identifiers being added to the organisation chart to provide 1:1 mapping for the people to boxes to desk allocations.


In order to be considered for the role as Business Administrator, you must have strong communication skills and experience using Excel. You will be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels of the business. Your Excel skills will span pivot tables, formulae creation, data manipulation and automation.
