You Offer
  • A technologically minded and analytical skill set with a solid focus on solutions
  • Graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Consistent track record of minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally in a financial institution with a deep understanding of software development and architecture
  • Experience with IT guidelines, delivery processes, standards, costs and operating models
  • Strong knowledge of state of the art product capabilities (usability, documentation, availability, etc.)
  • Well-developed analytical skills and a global and strategic mind-set
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts including architectures and processes an advantage
  • Fluent in English and good working knowledge of German
  • Able to promote collaboration and communication / information sharing between teams
  • Able to work independently in a matrix organization without direct authority
