Senior Project Manager - Renewal of Intranet (4739)

The ideal candidate will upgrade the current Intranet solution to an integrated, personalized, collaborative and mobile Intranet Portal.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading global/international IT programs/projects within the financial industry sector
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies) 
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Tools and Collaboration Tools and good computer science fundamentals
  • Project management certificate (PMI or equivalent)
  • Change management experience in driving organizational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
  • Motivating, conflict solving and decisive personality
  • Very good communication skills in German & English, oral and written

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Monitor and control program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality)
  • Identify, analyze and manage all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate and monitor program/project risks
  • Decision board (Program board/STC) moderation and preparation
  • Staff and manage program/project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
  • Program/Project reporting according to internal guidelines
  • Provide regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan
