  • Running project status meetings, monitoring project progress on a regular basis and communicating the project status report to stakeholders
  • Financials tracking (budget and actuals)
  • Being the decision and escalation point for the project team

  • Responsibility to ensure a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship on different seniority levels
  • Responsibility to ensure consent between all relevant business and IT stakeholders in the different committees as well as acting as a leading decision-maker in decision processes


You Offer
  • Graduate degree (college or university) in business administration/computer science or equivalent education
  • Proven track record of several years experience in project management, PM methodologies according to PMBOK (PMP certificate)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN and proficient skills in MS Office
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, vendor management and management of offshore resources is very important.
  • Good understanding of Credit Suisse Solution Delivery Framework CS SDF (e.g. Jira, Confluence, OnePPM, project lifecycles, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with partly vague and changing (regulatory) requirements
  • Ability to approach problems systematically and objectively, very good analytical skills
  • Drive and can-do attitude, challenges status quo and contributes to change
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels in the organization
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive work environment and fostering collaboration within and across teams
  • Experience in banking domain is helpful but not a condition
  • Fluent in English and German
