MAM comprises the following three divisions:
• Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) is the largest manager of infrastructure and real assets in the world with ~ 114 billion in assets under management across 26 countries through 32 funds as at September 2014. Macquarie Korea Asset Management (MKAM) is a licensed wholly-owned fund manager of MIRA in Korea with a license to manage infrastructure and real estate assets. MKAM currently manages 4 funds and approximately A$4 billion of equity across 17 infrastructure/real estate businesses in Korea.

In this role you will work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you will be exposed to activities associated with fund management, corporate finance and capital markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Our full-time intern will be engaged in various faucets of a private equity fund (PEF), including review/execution of investment opportunities, financial analysis/modeling and preparation of presentation materials.

Skills / Qualifications:
  • Understanding of basic finance and accounting is a must
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Attention to detail and good execution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
