BlackRock - End User Technical Support - Associate

BlackRock is looking for a full time Technology manager in Korea. Reporting into the regional End User Technical Services manager, your general responsibilities will include;

  • Being the point of escalation for the Korea business, ensuring major incidents are communicated with stakeholders and technology management
  • Work with the Regional Head of Information Security to deliver key information security services and security operations management for Korea
  • Provide desktop support services for End Users in the BlackRock Korea office
  • Support widely used hardware such as PC's Laptops, Mobile devices
  • Log incidents and respond to tickets generated by Help Desk
  • Own the delivery of technology projects and initiatives impacting the Korea office
  • Managing local vendors and assisting the global Technology infrastructure team with projects and initiatives
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You will need to keep clients engaged on technology projects, policies and standards while collaborating with technology management and infrastructure teams outside Korea to ensure service standards are maintained.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding Korean and English communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology platforms, from the desktop through to back end infrastructure
  • Experience in Technology / Cybersecurity / Data Privacy laws relating to Korea
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and stretch yourself in a fast paced environment
