Vice President Sales

The VP of Sales will be primarily responsible for delivering Sales numbers for the team in the South Asian region.
A team of 6-7 Sales QC's and Account Managers for the will report into him.

o Develop and execute a sales strategy
o Maintain in-depth awareness of market and industry trends
o Build and implement the sales strategy to meet business targets
o Be accountable for sales metrics
o Enhance existing account relationships and ensuring a high rate of retention of installed user base
o Develop a sales pipeline to ensure continued meeting of revenue targets
o Build strong relationships with key senior clients and help close key deals as necessary
o Manage, coach and motivate the sales team
o Liaise with the product management team to identify new product initiatives and partnership opportunities, based on market intelligence
o Work with marketing to drive lead generation

Position Requirements:
• Demonstrable track record of managing a team in South Asian region which has consistently met or
exceeded its sales targets
• Broad based experience with a software solution vendor for at least 10 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and
influencing skills
• Ability to extract and understand client needs
• Balancing existing client demands with internal constraints to maximize client
satisfaction and engagement with FIS
• Ability to retain a premium level of pricing against cheaper competitors, whilst
making sound commercial decisions
• Capacity to inspire and influence peers and colleagues across the firm through
industry expertise and excellence in all aspects of communication and
leadership
• Confidently able to build both internal and external relationships
• Experience in selling FINTECH will be an added advantage
