Unified Communications L3 Operations
Do you have a knack for delivering to service and project requirements? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? Do you have a holistic understanding of IT voice/communication infrastructure to help us deliver complete solutions? We're looking for someone like that who can help us:
–identify ongoing incidents and problems to improve reliability, security or cost effectiveness of the Voice infrastructure, research and propose solutions
–incident and problem management - Issue analysis, troubleshooting and resolution, root cause analysis, logging and trending
–identify and assess network risks, work with internal teams on network risk mitigation
–logging and trending of issue root cause and resolution
–participate in initiatives to improve the risk landscape around voice infrastructure and voice recording
–keep up with the developments in the Voice industry, understand how new products and technologies could meet our requirements, and integrate in the broader IT infrastructure
–work with the Network Operations Center team to resolve escalated problems and assist with tools and training selection

You'll be working in the APAC Networks team in Singapore. We at UBS Group Technology Services Information Technology (TSIT) are responsible for the infrastructure design, management and delivery, and support globally of all shared technology across UBS. TSIT organization is responsible for producing common platforms, across business areas, that enable self service provisioning, on demand resource consumption and efficient operations of compute (network, server, storage), and IT services. APAC network services provide support and engagement for data, security and voice services.
Your experience and skills
–expert level experience as a VoIP Engineer/Product Manager
–expert level knowledge of PBX and Trader voice solutions
–10+ years' experience in a service/support role for Cisco/Avaya/Nortel equipment
–10+ years' experience in a service/support role for IPC or BT trader voice equipment
–10 years' experience in the design and troubleshooting of telephony and LAN/WAN environments
–expert understanding of SIP, H.323 and Legacy telephony infrastructure
–passionate about supporting IT systems and applications
–technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
–adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
–self-starter and quick learner
