Description

This position is responsible for technology project management activities of Private Bank Technology programs in areas of Banking, Lending, Investments, Client Reporting, Regulatory and Compliance. The incumbent is required to engage and work with various global and regional technology stakeholders to deliver the technology project deliverables. The position will be based in Singapore reporting to program manager within the Technology unit.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Release management involving maintaining and managing the release activities including project planning, scheduling, estimation, tracking, business analysis, user coordination, governance, control of progress and overseeing implementation and post-implementation activities
  • Interface with the regional and global technology partners in Private Bank, Consumer Technology and Infrastructure teams to ensure that regional requirement are delivered in time and quality
  • Co-ordinate with users from various groups including various Compliance, Business Risk, Investment Risk, Data Quality, Private Business Units, Information security office across Swiss, UK, and Jersey Jurisdictions.
  • Responsible for software development life cycle (SDLC) deliverables and processes from the team and ensure the team is compliant at all times.
  • Organize and document regular project meetings, and provide regular status monitoring on all project activities to management
  • Engage business and technology stakeholders to perform SIT and UAT projects, ensure that the test cases and defects are uploaded into quality central for defect tracking and reporting and addressed in timely manner.
  • Manage resources and project allocations according to allocated budget, quality and deliverables
  • Control and track project/program performance, time and resource allocations in project tracking system
  • Responsible for identifying/managing project issues/risks and escalations
  • Deliver effective communication and report on initiatives to various levels including executive management and senior leadership
  • Ensure all SDLC processes are strictly followed according to Citigroup Information Technology Management Policies, CTO requirements and Swiss banking law regulations and CTI standards
  • This role will also help various data analysis and assessment initiatives for Internal, external and regulatory Audits


Qualifications

Qualification:
  • Senior professional with minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related activities in the financial services sector
  • Candidate is expected to be a strong team player, with ability to work effectively in a cross-region/cross-organizational environment
  • Experience with Swiss private banking area pertaining to Information security, Swiss Data protection and Swiss banking secrecy
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
