We move over EUR 1.6 trillion across the Bank's platforms, support thousands of trading desks, and enable millions of banking transactions, share trades and emails every day.

Position Overview

Role Description
The successful candidate needs to be self motivated, a good team player, willing and able to turn their hand to almost any task performed by the team.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Jasper report development
• Candidate should have hands on experience working with different versions of Jasper report
• Carry out development, planning, coordinating matters related to Report development using Jasper Reports
• Experience with Adhoc report domains
• Extensive experience using iReports and Jasper studio
• Ability to work independently, and escalate issues and seek guidance as necessary
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated use of system application skills that include programming logic, system analysis, system testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Should have knowledge of Java and SQL
• Should possess very good written and verbal communication skilla

Role Responsibilities and Tasks
• Understand business requirements and provide solutions using Jasper reports
• Create technical documentation on report logic and processes

• Supports the development of an environment where people management and development is the number one priority. Coaches direct reports and others in the organisation, as appropriate
• Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture

Experience/ Exposure
• Jasper Report development experience in a financial domain
• Technical Background of the SDLC
• Working experience with geographically dispersed teams
• Independent, flexible and proactive work style with a proven record of delivery
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
