We move over EUR 1.6 trillion across the Bank's platforms, support thousands of trading desks, and enable millions of banking transactions, share trades and emails every day.

Position Overview

Business Analyst (Project Manager)

Key Role Responsibilities and Tasks

• Understand regulatory/tax related changes, analyze, drive and manage implementation of process and/or system changes for the Client &Data Services team
• Develop project plans, milestones, risk/dependencies and associated MI reports or dashboards
• Assist to develop and document end-to-end roles and responsibilities, including process flow, operating procedures, as well as the required controls
• Support the test managers in user acceptance testing and implementations
• Assist with test plans and cases, handling issues and defect management
• Partner with different groups of stakeholders - Compliance, Front Office Business Managers, Audit Controls, and Senior management in the course of the project to ensure plans, risks, issues and actions, resolutions are tracked and closed out
• Ensure appropriate project stakeholder awareness, engagement and communication
• Where applicable provide other relevant support as required by the programme manager

Experience/ Exposure

• Relevant experience around change management in the Financial Services industry
• Demonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusions
• Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Relevant experience around the Client data/onboarding space

Education/ Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree from an accredited college or university
• Professional Project Management qualification (Desired)
