Role holder will be a technical lead in the project responsible for strengthening SCB's SWIFT payment platform cyber security process and controls. RESPONSIBILITIES: General 1. Continual service improvement of penetration testing methodology, evaluation of test results, and response to identified risks to applications and architectures. 2. Ensure the quality of third-party security related work, validation and confirmation of findings, and continuously evaluate potential new relationships. 3. Use threat and business intelligence to develop realistic scenario based cases and exercises. 4. Continual service improvement of infrastructure level vulnerability scanning tools processes and controls. 5. Continuously evaluate cutting-edge technology to assess security controls. 6. Educate IT staff on subject best practices and standards. Project 1. Provide technical cyber security subject matter expertise to the project. 2. Delivery and quality of assigned project tasks and activities. 3. Escalation of any project risks. 4. Management of relevant project documentation. 5. Compliance with SCB project management practices 6. Provide project updates, reporting and MIS. 7. Identify and create positive relationships with stakeholders. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Required Preferred Skills * Qualifications in cyber security related disciplines * Hands-on experience with Systems Administration and/or IP Networking * Software engineering experience Experience * Extensive experience in Information Security * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision * Stakeholder management Skills * Knowledge of SWIFT payments infrastructure * Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats * Business knowledge of payments processing * ITIL certified practitioner * MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project Experience * Experience of SWIFT based payment platforms * Experience of working in the financial services industry * Experience of working in a multi-national, multi-cultural organization
