  • Should have experience in SAP Contact Centre (7.0.9.0)
  • Exposure to IVR design.
  • Practical knowledge of User administration.
  • Expert in Infrastructure Administrator.
  • Hotifix installation.
  • SAP BCM System upgrade.
  • Integration expert with SAP CRM interaction Centre
  • Good Knowledge of System configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server, telecom.
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL server.
