Project Analyst:
The Project Analyst will be an integral member of the TTS Architecture & Strategic Programs team responsible for delivering project related tasks/assignment of varying size and complexity. The Project Analyst is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the directions of Regional TTS Architecture Lead.
  • Coordinating meetings, communicating meeting agenda and capture of meeting minutes
  • Managing project tasks and activities to a successful outcome
  • Production of reports and communications (status reports, project communications, minutes-of-meeting)
  • Maintenance of Risk, Issue and Action Items tracker
  • Gather project data needed to complete project plans and help create them
  • Collect project performance data
  • Update project artifacts with approved changes
  • Gather data to create project schedule management plan
  • Create variance reports for tracking project estimates to actual data
  • Assist in the analysis of project budget data and create reports necessary for Finance organization to track project costs
  • Create reports to measure the project management performance against the standards
  • Ensure project documents, including the project charter, communication plan and risk management plan, are updated


Primary Skills Required:
  • Experience using word processing programs and spread sheets - MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Assist in project schedule development and tracking
  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to support multiple simultaneous project related tasks/activities

  • Desirable skills or experience:
  • Experience assisting with architecture governance related tasks
