Description

Program Analyst - TTS Architecture and Strategic Initiatives:
  • The Program Analyst will be part of the ICG IT Architecture & Strategic Initiatives
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Act as Program Coordinator for a suite of complex enterprise wide programs and projects impacting TTS Technology
  • Measure and analyze program performance data
  • Identify and track program risks and issues
  • Perform probability and impact analysis on risks and issues
  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating risk and issue mitigation strategies
  • Ensure creation of program scope management plan and manage the approval process for changes to the agreed scope
  • Consolidate project schedules in to a structured program milestone plan
  • Ensure corrective action is taken when program schedule variances occur
  • Gather project budget estimates for all projects under the program and aggregate in to an annual Program budget plan
  • Track actual program costs, identify variances, and reforecast program costs as needed
  • Prepare and distribute Weekly and Monthly status reports
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to determine quality standards and metrics relevant to the program and how to meet them
  • Build strong relationships with program sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency of deliverables and artifacts across all projects and programs in the portfolio
  • Employ program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery; leverage the existing ICG IT standards


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience of Project Management with exposure to various stages of the SDLC
  • Candidates should be familiar with the hardware delivery lifecycle
  • Candidates with some experience in genuine Program management during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of projects would be preferred
  • Ability to define and establish a program governance structure
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management
