Achievement of program goals and business financial performance for multi-market usage programs. To assist the head of credit cards in creating and rolling out management programs relating to driving spending, usage, activation and may include related regulatory and system changes. The person will be involved in creating an enterprise loyalty solution for both the earn and burn sides. A key task is capability development on existing platforms and with existing loyalty partners. This also includes management of issues related to programs, platforms and partners
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility will be on ideation, design, approval, process-mapping, tracking and management of programs for cards usage, activation and loyalty across the bank. Coordination with internal stakeholders including segments, compliance, operations, analytics, marketing and client experience functions to enable the smooth roll out of existing and new campaigns.This will include stakeholder management across other teams.
Analytics - Analysing campaign performance
Technology - Management and capability build on loyalty and usage
Legal & Compliance - Legal and ccompliance issues for campaign
Segments - Segment inputs on program design and capability
Marketing - Marketing plan, ATL / BTL
Client experience - Preparation, managing issues
