Description

To manage a scrum team either related to Retail Banking/Customer Service/Digital/domain
As part of the job, would be required to cover the below tasks:
  • Manage a scrum team either related to Retail banking/customer service/digital Domain
  • Driving the deliverables by interacting with applications, BSG, testing, PM and other support teams
  • Conduct Agile ceremonies(Daily standup call, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, etc.)
  • Ensure RTC and other deliverable are updated/delivered
  • Facilitating FR, solution, test cases review and impediment tracking with related support team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/PMP or equivalent
  • To have influencing skill and be able to resolve conflicts within the team
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with multiple business units
  • Preferable with some functional/technical knowledge in either Retail banking, Digital, Customer services
  • 5+ years of experience in term of managing project
  • Experience in managing 10 to 15 team members
  • Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional maturity in dealing with all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
