Description

Job Purpose:
Ensure that the Debit Card portfolio delivers to both customers' needs as well as the organization's goals. Manage the Debit Card product strategy, maximize volume growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Driver overall Debit Card product from product and business development aspect.
  • Manage and develop Debit Card propositions from end-to-end, i.e. system, business strategies & plan execution.
  • Manage and provide product support for all transactional & payment functions of Debit card products.
  • Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders for subject matter expertise.
  • Work closely with network associations, analytics and other stakeholders to develop business strategies.
  • Engage segments, branches, acquisition channels and marketing to drive Debit Card usage. 
  • Liaise with Operations teams on card plastics delivery and vendor management.
  • Work with Technology & Ops in conducting UAT for system enhancements.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
  • Monitor Local market competitors' offering and performance.
  • Tracking of KPIs to measure project performance and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage customer experience and assist in any product related issue.
  • Undertake other projects and activities upon request


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience/

Technical Skills:

  • Degree qualifications in finance, marketing or related fields preferred. 
  • At least 2 years of banking experience in a product/portfolio management, segment or marketing role.
  • Understanding of consumer retail banking market in Singapore.
  • Experience working on multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
