Job Responsibilities
As a member of our dynamic APAC Digital Banking, Content and Publishing team, you will be responsible for the availability and effective content management of regional Citibank websites. This will include vendor management for the content management resources to ensure the online campaigns that are effectively promoted within the business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will also be the resident analyst on website metrics generated by the Site Catalyst solution deployed on our websites.
supporting improvements of our mobile / tablet platform features, the development of new initiatives as well.

Your key responsibilities include:-
  • Day-to-day monitoring of regional websites ensuring consistent communication across the channels
  • Enforcing Citibank website standards and content/branding guidelines
  • Managing the process to ensure effective use of content management resources
  • Development of new front-end functionalities within these sites
  • Project management of content-related projects i.e., website revamps or content management system enhancements when they are required
  • Managing the analytics resources to deliver and improve the monthly dashboards that are generated from the Site Catalyst platform
  • Driving business improvements from analysis of our website metrics and sharing these across the region
  • Liaising with creative agencies to develop user interface designs when they are required for a specific project
  • Stay consistently ahead of competition by conducting analytical reviews of competitors' website offerings to identify key areas for improvements and seeking opportunities to enhance overall customer's online banking experience


  • You should possess a degree, with at least 5-7 years' experience in website content management and website analytics
  • Preferably with online marketing experience, from within a financial institution
  • You are expected to have knowledge on SEO techniques and concepts, and how to apply them across multiple websites
  • Understanding of SEO tools such as Google Webmaster, Conductor and MOZ is advantageous
  • You are expected to possess basic web design skills with knowledge in HTML and Photoshop
  • Experience with Interwoven TeamSite is an advantage; as well as skills in building strong and synergistic partnerships with internal customers and external vendors to provide a differentiated online customer experience
  • You are a team-player who is analytical, self-motivated and adaptable to changing business conditions and requirements, you should also have good problem-solving and interpersonal skills; as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
You should also have:
  • Proven track record in developing, managing websites (preferably financial-related) that have achieved specific business objectives
  • Proven track record in handling SEO work optimising fixed lists of keywords across websites, influencing business decisions and driving outcomes
  • Proven track record in handling data and analytical work with website metrics, influencing business decisions and driving outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on a timely basis and within budget
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Copywriting skills vis a vis SEO is an advantage
  • Ability to work well independently across all levels and yet be an excellent team player
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to details
  • Self-motivation with high level of creativity and energy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
  • Proficiency in reading / writing Mandarin for communication with North Asia markets is an advantage
