The primary role is to provide effective leadership to the Singapore Information Services teams, which include Applications Project Delivery, Applications Support and Enterprise Architecture and Solutioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To form strategic partnership with Business Unit stakeholders and deliver IT projects in timely and cost-effective fashion
  2. To ensure timely support on business applications to meet service level agreements
  3. To ensure effective and efficient utilisation of IS resources and operate IS in an cost-effective manner
  4. To manage talents effectively and to develop a team of highly motivated and skilled IS resources
  5. To engage and provide consultation to Senior Leadership Team and Business Unit stakeholders on IS strategies and solutions so as to make sound decisions on technological investment
  6. Accountable for end-to-end delivery of all IS proejcts and to ensure that projects are run within budget and schedule and to manage all project risks effectively
  7. To ensure operational efficiency and adherence of all IT processes and procedures
  8. To manage relationship with Technology Services teams so as to deliver best of class IT services to Business Unit stakeholders
  9. To plan and manage IS budget and expenses in-line with overall procurement guidelines, and to ensure alignment to businses objectives
  10. To ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate risk management guidelines
  11. To collaborate effectively with Regional GIOD teams, outsourced partners and suppliers to deliver high-valued IS services to Business Unit Stakeholders


  1. Minimum 5 years of IS management experience
  2. Prove track record in delivering complex IT projects
  3. Knowledgable in financial services application development and support
  4. Possess a recognized degree or master in information technology, banking & finance with minimum 15 years working experience in banking environment.
  5. Project Management qualifications such as PMP
